I need to change something about my order how do I do this? 

  • If the address is incorrect, please email us at contact@ellorebeauty.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed and shipped then we cannot make any changes to the address or redirect the parcel. If this does happen, we will not be able to resend your parcel or issue a refund.

Why Have I received only part of my order? 

  • We use a variety of suppliers and manufacturers from around the world, if we are un able to fulfill your order from a certain supplier we will find another supplier to fulfill your order. Therefore your order will be shipped from different suppliers with different tracking numbers. 
  • Sometimes certain suppliers don't ship to your country, therefore we find the next best option and it may be from different suppliers. 

How do I cancel my order? 

  • If your order has already been processed and shipped out, we will not be able to cancel your order because it will already be in transit to you.
  • If you wish to have a refund you will need to wait until your package is delivered and send it back to our California address unopened, and undamaged in the original packaging. Once we receive the item back and inspect it we will be able to give you a refund. 
  • If your order has not been processed or shipped email us right away and we will be able to cancel your order and issue you a refund. 

Return and Refunds

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund once the item is returned back to us.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email contact@ellorebeauty.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • For domestic (USA) orders we will provide the customer with a return label and instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • For International orders we are un able to provide return labels. Please email us for further information on international returns. 
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
  • Refunds come out on our end automatically- the amount may take 3-10 business days to be reflected in your account. 
  • We do not give Refunds for delayed shipping. Once an item leaves the warehouse it is out of our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for further information.

Shipping destinations:

  • We ship both Domestic (USA)  and to most countries worldwide.
  • Due to strict shipping policies currently we do NOT ship to Brazil

Shipping times: (Updated 6/1 due to COVID-19) 

  • Since we ship internationally Domestic orders take 16-45 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2-5 business days.
  • International orders take 20-55 business days to be delivered and we ship within 2-5 business days.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and delays with customs. This is completely out of our control.

  • Free shipping on orders over $25

Where Can I Track My Order? 

  • When we send you a tracking number via email there will be a link automatically included. If the tracking is not updating there you can also track your package here http://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/ just copy and paste the provided tracking number.
  • Since we ship internationally packages are in transit by plane, and ground tracking is not tracked every step of the way, only when it gets scanned at a post office facility.

Yet because your products are coming from so far away they often take 2-4 weeks to arrive.  Most of the time your product will arrive a lot quicker, but due to logistics and customs clearings we want you to be aware this is out of our control!
