Are You Still Shipping Your Orders?

Yes, We are working around the clock to make sure that you will receive your order as soon as possible note, during this time, it may take us longer to get your order to you. Due to delayed logistics and customs clearings if shipping internationally.

Why is My Order Taking So Long to Process?

Please know that our teams are working as diligently as possible to fulfill orders. However, because of health and safety precautions due to COVID-19, some packages may be delayed. Once your order ships, we will update you with a tracking number. Thanks for understanding.

Why is My Shipping Taking So Long?

We use many different shipping companies to ship worldwide, the shipping companies have been experiencing major shipping delays due to reduced staff and health precautions of COVID-19. Unfortunately shipping time is completely out of our control once a package has been shipped. We will do what we can to help you stay updated on your shipping information, but we can not make it get there any faster unfortunately.  Please see our updated shipping times under Shipping. Your package will get to you as soon and as safely as it possibly can. Thank you in advance for your patience & understanding.

Is it Safe to Be Receiving Packages In the Mail?

*According to the World Health Organization, “the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and been exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.” And according to the CDC, “in general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures. Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread most often by respiratory droplets.” Currently there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of COVID-19 in the United States associated with imported goods.”
