First, If You have a need to consider returns, you likely ordered a product from us. This means we owe you a “thank you!” Nothing makes us happier than happy customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you may want to know… 

If your item arrives damaged or is malfunctioning you can return it and we are here to reship you the same product or provide you with a refund.

A refund or exchange is applicable if you receive a damaged or defective good. First of all, you have to inform us about the faulty goods within 14 days of receiving your order, simply email our customer support team at Please include the order number and the email address associated with the order and describe the issue, including photos of defected item. We always aim to respond in 3 days or less!  

Return the item (in its original packaging) via trackable mail service to the address we will provide you in correspondence to your email. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then we will take your consent to reship you the same product. If that specific product is out of stock, you can place a new order of the same amount or more. 

In case you want us to refund your amount, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
